At Dnaked, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent returns process for customers within the United Kingdom.
1. 14-Day Return Period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in original condition
- The item must include original packaging
If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we may unfortunately be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos to assess the issue.
If confirmed, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement product
- Full refund
- Store credit
We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been:
- Used
- Washed
- Opened or altered after delivery
This applies to bathroom textile products such as towels or robes once used.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
